Meisel Pic + Vogue Italia

I haven’t decided yet whether this is inherently clever or not. I get the whole Steven Meisel-can-do-whatever-he-wants-because-he’s-that-big-of-a-deal thing. But first of all, these photos (taken by the models themselves) aren’t anything worthy of praise, and the joke is a bit “defective”. Twitter is one of the biggest new sites cropping the net, and many models actually have their own. I don’t really understand the humour in making fun of it, though?
