Open Lab

I had a gorgeous post made up with inspiration // videos and photos that took me a good 15 minutes to put together. My computer’s battery died just as I was ready to post. So timely. Well, with that post being forever in the internet graveyard, I remembered an email I’d received about these people at Open Lab. This stuff usually crowds my inbox and most of it is usually a write-off, but they caught my attention with this line in their description: “We are young, expressive, rich, and explosive”. That alone deserves its own post. I just thought the rich part was interesting. Nobody self proclaims riches these days. Open Lab magazine, created by such young and rich people would usually make me think of some uppity girl from the set of Clueless who’s daddy paid her advance allowance for her to create some shit cut-n-paste magazine flyer that she could use to promote her next Hollywood Hills party. But when I peaked through the magazine, while most of the fonts are unoriginal and free for download, the layout and inspiration within is something worthy of mention. Check out their website.
