Can’t help but re-post the amazing fashion pics on the best fashion blog around, fashion-ation. I’m so fashion-ated it’s not even funny. So I thought that now since I’ve gathered a heck of a reading crowd, I would divulge a little about myself. I was born in Canada, have grown up here in Canada in one of the tiniest cities. But seriously, I bet over half of Canada’s population lives in our four big cities (Vancouver, Toronto, Montréal, Calgary). I mean, I live in the rocky mountains so I guess that I could be considered lucky, but you have no idea how few places there are around here to shoot some decent fashion photos. And the opportunities in a small town are just not there. Funny that Tyra Banks grew up in L.A. Although today I was chatting it up with a lady who moved here from Northeastern United Kingdom and she remarked that Canada was loads better than where she hailed from. She said that where she lives now is probably the elevation of the highest “mountain” the U.K. has ever seen and that things in the U.K. are double or triple the cost of what they are here. She told me she pinches herself everyday when she wakes up and views one of the largest mountains in the area out her front window. Now I’m all for the U.K. and would lurve to visit sometime. But for now, I’m happy being in Canada.
