So it’s great and all seeing the finished product, but to actually see the real person behind the plastic proves semi-interesting. Today I bring you the best in model sites. Three sites that showcase models, pick the best, show you the pics, and let you decide.

Now that’s what I’m looking for. My alienbees lights showed up today so I just may sneak you a peek of some pictures I take in the few-tch (future).

1. Models.com seems simple enough. I mean, who wouldn’t think of visiting models dot com? But this place has everything from top rankings (I think Kate Moss hasn’t budged in a while) to Top 10 Newcomers.

2. My personal fave, The Ones 2 Watch. Here you can see the polaroids, as well as some work they’ve done, if they’ve had some tests. It’s interesting to see where the models are coming from, how old they are etc. Recently models from Sweden, Denmark, and Brazil seem to be THE countries to be born in. Also, you can search by tags, so here is a fantastic list of upcoming Canadian Models.

3. Fashion Does it Better. Not much too say here, except they’re brilliant. As well as posting great up and comer pics, their blog dons some amazing editorials as well.
