Russian Beauty Alert! Natalia Polevshchikova (Russian: Наталья Полевщикова), generally shortened to Natasha Poly (born July 12, 1985), is a Russian model first discovered after winning a model search competition in Moscow prior to her professional career beginning in 2004. She is super funny and has a great personality. I haven’t paid much attention to her before now until I saw her editorial in Vogue Paris for the June/July issue. She is hot stuff! I mean, let’s just say I got a new desktop picture.

Since 2004, Poly has appeared in many advertisement campaigns, including Gucci, Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Roberto Cavalli, Sonia Rykiel, Nine West, and Dolce & Gabbana, and has also walked the runway for notable brands such as Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Gucci, Versace and Victoria’s Secret. She has been on the cover of Vogue ten times, including the editions for Russia, Hellas, and Paris, all in September 2007; the year also saw Poly as the only female model in Gucci’s “Indy” bag campaign.
